Sit-Down Forklift Picker & Container Put-Away Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Sit-Down Forklift Picker & Container Put-Away Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English, forklift certified, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
- Perform container put-away and inventory movement
- Accurately pick and count boxes/products
- Maintain organized warehouse storage areas
- Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification required (proof of certification must be provided)
- Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English
- Previous sit-down forklift experience preferred
- Strong organizational and counting skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- OT may be required
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift boxes weighing approximately 50–60 lbs individually
- Some boxes may exceed average weight
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and warehouse movement required
Additional Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Background check and/or drug screening may be required in accordance with applicable laws
