Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast
- Serve food efficiently from kitchen to table, ensuring proper presentation and timing
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn to learn the processes of taking and serving orders in a fast paced setting.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in customer service and fast paced environments is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
