As a Marketing Associate, you will assist in carrying out our client’s in-store marketing campaigns, helping to promote products and services and generate new business. This position is designed for individuals looking to start their professional careers - no past experience is required. Responsibilities:
- Represent client brands through face-to-face customer interactions in a retail environment
- Help with in-store marketing events, promotional campaigns, and customer outreach initiatives
- Connect directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
- Deliver personalized customer experiences that build positive relationships, increase brand awareness, and encourage long-term customer loyalty
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales and marketing campaign efforts
- Track basic customer interactions and sales activity
- Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on sales and face-to-face marketing techniques
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail
