$19-$24 per hour based on experience and shift.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Danbury, CT. This role focuses on building large-scale, custom products using a variety of tools and assembly techniques.
This is not repetitive production work—each project is different. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable following evolving build instructions.
Assembler Responsibilities:
- Assemble large components and finished products using hand and power tools
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and build instructions
- Follow detailed assembly steps and adjust to changing project requirements
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior assembly experience required, preferably with large or custom builds
- Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working on non-repetitive, project-based assemblies
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs regularly
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
