Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for relationships and commission-driven sales? We are seeking an energetic Outside Residential Cabinet Sales Representative to join our growing team servicing the Middle Tennessee markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and designers.
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
- Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and recommend cabinet solutions.
- Measure spaces, prepare estimates, and present cabinet designs and proposals.
- Guide customers through the selection process and available options.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and installation teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Previous outside sales experience preferred, especially in cabinetry, kitchens, baths, construction, or home improvement.
- Existing contractor or designer relationships a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications; cabinet design software experience is a plus.
- Base salary plus margin-based commission.
