We are looking for a service-oriented real estate specialist to oversee residential properties while contributing to leasing activity across a broader mixed portfolio in Carmel, California. This position blends hands-on property oversight with tenant and owner communication, offering the opportunity to support both day-to-day operations and new leasing opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, experienced, and comfortable managing a variety of priorities in a relationship-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for a portfolio that includes primarily residential assets along with select commercial properties, ensuring smooth property performance and responsive service.
- Arrange repairs, coordinate with vendors, and address maintenance concerns in a timely manner to protect property condition and tenant satisfaction.
- Lead residential leasing efforts by scheduling tours, guiding prospective tenants through available spaces, and supporting the rental process from inquiry to occupancy.
- Assist with commercial leasing activities by preparing for showings, communicating with prospects, and helping move opportunities forward.
- Build strong working relationships with property owners, tenants, and service partners by serving as a reliable and detail-oriented point of contact.
- Contribute to growth initiatives by helping identify management opportunities and supporting efforts to bring new properties into the portfolio.
- Provide attentive service to clients who expect a high level of professionalism, discretion, and follow-through.
- Manage multiple lease arrangements, stakeholder expectations, and property types while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Travel within the local area for site visits, property tours, and time-sensitive situations that require in-person support.

- At least 2 years of experience in property management, leasing, real estate sales, or a related client-facing real estate role.
- Working knowledge of residential property operations and familiarity with commercial leasing support is preferred.
- Ability to manage relationships with multiple property owners and tenants across different asset types.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
- Sound judgment, organizational strength, and the ability to balance competing priorities effectively.
- Active real estate license preferred, or willingness to obtain licensure if currently in progress.
- Knowledge of the Carmel, California market or the surrounding area is strongly preferred.
