Wild Strawberry Café is a fast-paced, high-volume neighborhood café serving specialty coffee, fresh breakfast, and lunch in the heart of Laguna Beach.

We’re looking for an experienced Front of House / Barista team member who thrives in a busy café environment, enjoys staying active throughout the day, and brings a positive, friendly energy to every shift.
Position Requirements
- Front of House / Barista
- Part-Time or Full-Time
- MUST be available to work BOTH Saturdays and Sundays
- Previous café, restaurant, or barista experience is REQUIRED
- Typical shifts are approximately 8 hours
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with warm, genuine hospitality
- Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, and other drinks with consistency and care
- Operate the register accurately while providing exceptional customer service
- Deliver food, clear tables, and maintain a clean dining area
- Keep the front of house stocked, organized, and ready for service
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the café and assist with opening and closing duties
- Work efficiently during high-volume rushes
- Assist both front and back of house wherever needed
- Help create a positive, supportive, team-first environment
