Job Summary
Begin your career with a growing residential construction company specializing in luxury custom homes, fire rebuilds, and large-scale remodels. Daily Duties:
- Assist in managing projects from pre-construction through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and material deliveries
- Review construction plans, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Support budgeting, estimating, and change order management
- Monitor project progress to help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or graduating soon) in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Business
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read construction plans is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
