Job Overview
We are looking for two passionate, dependable bakers to join our team with a September start date.
Our bakery is built around quality, craftsmanship, and a genuine love for the baking profession. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with traditional methods, quality ingredients, and being part of a small team where everyone's contribution matters.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong bread background who enjoys working with naturally fermented doughs and laminated products and is excited to help shape a growing bakery program.
Duties
- Mix, ferment, shape, and bake artisan breads
- Produce viennoiserie and laminated dough products
- Assist with production planning and maintaining quality standards
- Help develop seasonal offerings and contribute creative ideas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Assist with pâtisserie production including entremets, tarts, petits gâteaux, and finishing work
- Help maintain consistency, quality, and organization throughout production
- Contribute ideas for seasonal offerings and future menu development
What We're Looking For
- Previous professional bakery experience is required
- Strong knowledge of artisan bread production
- Experience producing French viennoiserie
- Knowledge of basic French pâtisserie techniques
- Experience with dough lamination is required
- Cross-lamination experience is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently while remaining a supportive team member
- Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality products
- Creativity and interest in developing new seasonal offerings

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
