Experienced Structural Welders Wanted – Ironworkers Local 397 (Tampa, FL)
Ironworkers Local 397 is actively seeking experienced Structural Welders to join our growing workforce in the Tampa Bay area.
We are looking for skilled welders who are proficient in SMAW (Stick Welding) and FLUX CORE WELDING and have experience working on structural steel projects. Candidates must be able to read and follow welding procedures, work safely at heights, and perform quality welds in a construction environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Structural Welder
Proficient in Stick (SMAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding processes
Experience working with structural steel
Ability to pass applicable welding certifications/tests
Must have reliable transportation
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
