Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Showroom Coordinator to join our team! No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
As a key member of our showroom team, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, helping create a welcoming environment and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for everyone who walks through the door. You’ll support the sales and design teams, maintain the showroom’s appearance, manage scheduling and assist with general administrative tasks.

Primary Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Communicate effectively with team members across departments
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating positive retail experiences.
