We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our Medical Team. We are looking for a Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Internal Medicine Doctor. or a Family Medicine Medical provider. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient examinations to assess health conditions and diagnose illnesses accurately.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each customer owners' needs, including medication prescriptions and lifestyle recommendations.
- Monitor customer owners' progress through follow-up visits, adjusting treatments as necessary to optimize health outcomes.
- Educate customer owners' on disease prevention, wellness strategies, and management of chronic conditions to empower informed health decisions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Respond promptly to urgent medical situations, providing immediate care or coordinating emergency interventions when required.
Experience
- Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution with valid licensing to practice medicine in Montana.
- Proven experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment across diverse patient populations.
- Strong knowledge of current medical practices, diagnostic tools, and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and compassionately.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and compliance with healthcare privacy laws is preferred.
- Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Completion of an accredited medical residency program
- Board certified or eligibility required.
