GTC Energy is growing our Buffalo Grove team and is hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent Just Energy inside major retail locations. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll work directly with customers, promote our client's energy products and services, and build awareness through engaging face-to-face conversations. Every Brand Ambassador receives hands-on training in sales, advertising, communication, and customer engagement while developing valuable skills that lead to long-term career growth.
Every day is different as a Brand Ambassador. You'll meet new customers, represent a nationally recognized brand, support retail advertising campaigns, and help customers make informed decisions about their energy services. This full-time, onsite Brand Ambassador opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced retail environment while building experience in sales and advertising.
Brand Ambassador Duties & Responsibilities
- Speak directly with customers inside retail locations about Just Energy products and services.
- Represent the brand professionally while supporting retail advertising campaigns and educating customers about available energy solutions.
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify the best options for each customer's household.
- Guide customers through enrollments, account setup, and service information while creating a positive experience.
- Support daily advertising initiatives by maintaining a polished and engaging brand presence during retail promotions.
- Track customer interactions and sales activity to support campaign success.
- Work alongside fellow Brand Ambassadors to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Continue strengthening the brand through outstanding customer service and consistent advertising efforts.
Brand Ambassador Ideal Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day in a busy retail environment.
- Positive attitude with an interest in developing communication, sales, and advertising skills.
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and creating positive customer experiences.
- Motivated by performance, personal growth, and uncapped earning potential.
