DESCRIPTION
BMG Marketing is looking for a motivated and curious Full Stack Web Developer who is early in their career to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building web applications, solving problems, and learning new technologies in a collaborative environment.
You'll develop, maintain, and enhance both customer-facing and internal web applications. We're looking for someone with JavaScript and Node.js experience.
LOCATION
Based in Tonawanda, our team enjoys a flexible hybrid schedule that combines the benefits of working together in the office with the flexibility of working from home.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain modern web applications using JavaScript and Node.js
- Develop and consume REST APIs
- Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot bugs and improve application performance
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions
- Assist with database design, integrations, and automation projects
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 0–2 years of professional experience in web development; recent graduates with relevant internships, or hands-on projects are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience building applications with Node.js
- Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Basic understanding of databases (NoSQL preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
