Wes-Tech Services is seeking an experienced
HVAC/R Service Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
We are looking for a dependable, skilled technician who can work independently, communicate professionally with customers, and take pride in high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Service refrigeration equipment (walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines)
- Perform routine maintenance and service calls
- Communicate findings and solutions clearly with customers
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years HVAC/R experience (required)
- EPA Certification (required)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Refrigeration experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
