MSI Healthcare is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing team at one of our skilled nursing facilities in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

What You'll Do
- Direct all nursing operations and clinical services within the facility.
- Lead, mentor, and develop licensed nurses, CNAs, and clinical support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations.
- Maintain survey readiness and oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, department managers, residents, and families to achieve positive outcomes.
- Monitor staffing, infection control, documentation practices, and resident care standards.
- Foster a positive, accountable, resident-centered culture throughout the nursing department.
- Analyze clinical outcomes and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications Required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma.
- Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute setting.
- Strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Experience managing clinical operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
Preferred
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing.
- Demonstrated success with state surveys and quality improvement programs.
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- ICD-10 knowledge is a plus.
