Are you an orthopedic Physical Therapist who has been curious about pelvic health but haven't had the opportunity to learn?
Or are you already treating pelvic health patients and looking for a practice that prioritizes quality over volume?
At V Strong Physical Therapy, you'll treat patients one-on-one for 60 minutes, receive structured mentorship, and develop advanced pelvic health skills—all within a collaborative, cash-based practice that gives clinicians the time and autonomy to provide exceptional care.
No pelvic floor experience is required. We are looking for the right clinician and will provide mentorship and training.

What You'll Learn
You'll receive structured onboarding and mentorship to develop expertise in:
- Pelvic floor evaluation and treatment
- Pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation
- Manual therapy techniques
- Complex orthopedic and pelvic health conditions
- Clinical reasoning and evidence-based treatment
- Cash-based patient care
Pelvic floor coursework (Herman & Wallace Level 1 or equivalent) is required before starting or completed during onboarding.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based pelvic health and orthopedic care
- Maintain timely documentation
- Collaborate with the team and participate in community outreach
Qualifications
Required
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active New York Physical Therapy License (or eligible prior to start)
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong orthopedic foundation with excellent clinical reasoning
- Excellent communication and manual therapy skills
Preferred
- 1+ year outpatient orthopedic experience
- Pelvic health experience (not required)
- Herman & Wallace Level 1 or equivalent
- Interest in women's health and lifelong learning
