Job Description: Bartenders craft beverages and create a welcoming, engaging bar experience, handle all beverage orders, serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to location specifications, courteously and efficiently. Assist in the maintenance of the bar area and equipment. Maintain engaged and kind service standards.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
- Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, champagne, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
- Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experiences and beverage sales.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, prices, preparation method/time, major ingredients and quality standards of taste, appearance, texture, serving temperature, portion size, garnish and method of presentation.
- Adhere strictly to all state liquor laws, including service to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Anticipate guest needs, address complaints professionally, and maintain positive guest relations at all times.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels at the bar, including equipment, storage, and service areas.
- Execute opening, closing, and side duties according to departmental standards.
- Maintain knowledge of VIP guests, property services, local attractions, and POS/manual systems (Follow cash handling, payment, and credit policies/procedures accurately.)
- Exhibit a friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor at all times.
- All other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years service experience preferred (high-volume preferred)
- TIPS certification preferred.
- Reliable and able to commit to full seasonal schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and guest service interaction skills.
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, beer, and champagne service.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week
