Client Relations Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The Client Relations Manager is responsible for driving revenue in an assigned territory. This is a great opportunity for a strong sales person looking to grow with a high growth company.
As a Client Relations Manager, you can expect to:
- Ensure that Precision Systems Engineering (PSE) is the client’s consultant-of-choice, that we have a thorough understanding of the client’s consulting needs and are seen as their best advocate for accomplishing their goals
- Learn the client’s full range of consulting needs
- Learn the client’s organization and decision-making style and process
- Develop and maintain consistent relationships with key decision-makers within the client organization
- Identify opportunities to influence and create the client’s perception of PSE
- Develop strategies to expose the client to the full-range of capabilities offered by PSE
- Maintain an understanding of regulations, competitors, and external drivers that may affect our clients
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-5 years experience in an outside sales or channel sales role with a verifiable strong sales track record
- Candidate must be willing to travel 50% +
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or Sales/Marketing
- Candidate must be creative and driven to achieve results
- Candidate must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with strong research and presentation skills
