Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage calls from members, providers, brokers and agents, regarding group health insurance, providing exceptional service and support. You will work with other members of the Customer Service team to achieve team goals in the areas of speed of answer, call tracking, quality and number of calls per day. Your ability to communicate effectively and address customer inquiries will be essential in fostering positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and, email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist clients by providing benefit information and explaining healthcare processes.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries, maintaining established turnaround times.
- Track all calls, maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to manager.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes.
- Ensure all open calls are resolved within established time frames.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience with data entry tasks; attention to detail is crucial.
- Ability to calculate and analyze data.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Comfortable with outbound calling as part of customer engagement efforts.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.25 per hour
