Pay: This position requires the ability to work closing shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays without scheduling restrictions. Applicants who meet this availability requirement may qualify for a conditional starting wage of $18.00 per hour.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to support our fast-paced kitchen operations. This position is responsible for operating the fryer, preparing line backups, working the expo station as needed, assembling orders, and helping ensure food is prepared accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, works well under pressure, and is willing to assist wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the fryer and prepare fried menu items
- Prepare line backups and restock stations throughout the shift
- Work the expo station and ensure orders are complete and accurate
- Assemble and package takeout and third-party delivery orders
- Maintain food quality, speed, and cleanliness standards
- Follow recipes and food safety procedures
- Support other back-of-house stations as needed
- Assist with end-of-shift closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and dishwashing as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant line cook experience
- Experience operating a commercial fryer
- High-volume kitchen experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
- Food Handler Permit required
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
