What You'll Do
- Engage with potential clients via inbound/outbound phone calls, and telemarketing to promote health insurance products
- Identify client needs, recommend suitable coverage solutions, and negotiate terms to close sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
- Work with a consistent stream of high-quality leads from multiple providers
- Support diverse clients—multilingual abilities are a big plus!
What We're Looking For
- Valid health insurance license (required; we sponsor licensing after 30 days for the right candidates)
- Proven sales experience (outside sales, retail, telemarketing, or insurance preferred—but no experience needed if you're driven and coachable)
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs/data and recommend effective solutions
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Bilingual/multilingual skills highly desirable to serve our diverse community
- Professional demeanor and enthusiasm for helping people protect what matters most
