Responsibilities: - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Collect data on client progress and behavior - Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) - Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills - Help clients generalize skills across different environments - Collaborate with families and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of treatment goals - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress Experience: - Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required - Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others Please note that this position may require some evening or weekend availability, depending on client needs. Monday - Friday: 9am -7:30pm

Saturday 11am-4pm
