About the Role
We're hiring an AI-forward early-career professional to help lead AI adoption across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who's already comfortable working with tools like Claude and ChatGPT and wants to turn that into a full-time career applying AI to real business problems.
What You'll Do
Implement and manage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) across various workflows
Design and refine prompts and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
Train team members on effective AI usage
Evaluate new AI tools and recommend adoption where useful
Document processes and track the impact of AI implementation
What We're Looking For
A degree (or near-complete degree) in AI, computer science, data science, or a related field — OR equivalent hands-on experience
Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools like Claude and/or ChatGPT in real projects
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working independently
Excellent communication skills — you can explain AI concepts to non-technical teammates
A genuine passion for staying current with AI developments
