Position Summary
The Bilingual Dealership Customer Experience & Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting recruiting, customer experience, CSI follow-up, dealership events, community involvement, and general dealership operations. This position requires strong communication skills, organization, professionalism, and the ability to work with customers, applicants, employees, managers, and community partners.
This role is designed to support the dealership in multiple areas. The employee must be willing to assist where needed and understand that responsibilities may change based on the needs of the dealership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The employee’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Recruiting Support
- Manage and update dealership job postings on Indeed and other hiring platforms as needed.
- Review and screen job applicants before they are scheduled for manager interviews.
- Contact applicants by phone, text, or email.
- Schedule interviews between applicants and dealership managers.
- Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Help keep the hiring process organized and timely.
Customer Experience and CSI
- Contact sales customers after purchase to make sure they are satisfied with their dealership experience.
- Help support strong CSI scores by following up with customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Encourage customers to complete manufacturer surveys when appropriate.
- Identify customer concerns before they become larger issues.
- Communicate any customer issue or concern to the appropriate managers by email.
- Follow up when needed to make sure customer concerns are being handled.
- Assist with customer service issues that arise through online reviews, messages, social media, or other digital channels.
Events and Community Involvement
- Attend dealership-sponsored events and community events when required.
- Assist with planning and organizing dealership events, sponsorships, and community-related activities.
- Help coordinate communication, supplies, schedules, and preparation for events.
- Represent the dealership in a professional manner at all events.
Dealership Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day operational support for the General Manager and dealership as needed.
- Assist with special projects, store needs, and daily tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate Saturday lunches or other dealership meals when needed.
- Help maintain organization and communication between departments when assigned.
- Support the dealership with any reasonable business-related task requested by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

- Basic computer skills, including email, online job platforms, and customer communication tools.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership experience is helpful, but not required.
Schedule Expectations
This is a full-time position. The schedule will typically be five days per week. However, the employee understands that some Saturdays may be required when the dealership has an event, sponsorship, community function, or other store need.
The employee must be flexible with schedule changes when business needs require it.

Physical and Work Requirements
This position may require sitting, standing, walking, using a computer, talking on the phone, attending off-site events, and occasionally lifting or carrying light items related to dealership events or daily operations.
The employee may be required to work at the dealership, attend off-site events, or assist with community-related functions.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
