NOW HIRING: HR & Community Engagement Coordinator
E Noa Corporation is seeking an energetic, organized, and people-focused HR & Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team! As one of the primary ambassadors of E Noa, you will represent our company in the community, attract top talent, coordinate hiring efforts, and ensure every new employee receives a welcoming and engaging orientation experience.
About the Role
The HR & Community Engagement Coordinator serves as the first impression of E Noa for many candidates and new employees. This position is responsible for leading recruitment efforts, coordinating onboarding and orientation, building community partnerships, and promoting E Noa as an employer of choice. You'll play a key role in strengthening our workforce while helping foster a positive and engaging company culture.
Training will be provided to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth and welcoming employee experience.
- Represent E Noa at job fairs, community events, career fairs, networking opportunities, and workforce development events.
- Build partnerships with local schools, colleges, military transition programs, workforce agencies, and community organizations to attract qualified candidates.
- Serve as an ambassador for E Noa by promoting our culture, mission, and career opportunities in the community and on social media.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug testing, and license verification.
- Maintain applicant and employee records in ADP and ensure onboarding documentation is completed accurately.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, company events, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Support additional HR projects and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Two or more years of experience in recruiting, human resources, hospitality, customer service, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or another HRIS is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and representing the company at public events.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
