We're growing and seeking a Patient Care Technician! You are the right person if you can work independently and with others, enjoy learning, are a self-starter and can multitask. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic. Good patient service skills are our priority.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients in person and via phone
- Recording medical history, current medications and confirming purpose of visit
- Help patients feel comfortable and informed during their exam process
- Records all data in the patient's electronic Medical Record (EMR)
