Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and transfer calls efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading documents with attention to detail.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence.
- Handle clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and organizing files using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to track expenses and invoices.
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse populations.
- Prior clerical or administrative experience in a healthcare or social services setting is preferred.
- Strong typing skills combined with good time management practices to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : 21 year of age or older.
- The Administrative Assistant will work between the hours of 10:00am-7:00pm M-F
- Applicants must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and be able to pass criminal background check and maintain Fingerprint Clearance Card through DPS within 7 days of the hire date. Each applicant must be First Aid and CPR Certified.
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred not required)
Pay: $15.15 - $15.25 per hour
