Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our culinary team immediately! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing , high-quality dishes that range from burgers, Asian Dim-Sum, Rice and/or noodles in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety to showcase their skills and grow within a vibrant food industry setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Support catering events and special functions by preparing meals with precision and efficiency
- Use knife skills effectively for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food preparation tasks
- Food Prep/Dishwashing
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment usage
- Experience with food handling procedures
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in food presentation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
