Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Geology Superintendent to join our Fourmile Project team. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of geologists to deliver an extensive drill program in support of the PFS, focused on Mineral Resource growth and conversion. Accountable for the design and execution of infill, growth, and exploration drilling, and for building robust orebody knowledge through high-quality data acquisition, logging, sampling, and geological interpretation, integrated into 3D models and study deliverables.
As the project advances through FS and underground access enables first production, this role will establish and lead underground mine geology functions, including defining and managing geology KPIs, implementing ore control and material tracking systems, optimizing development routing strategies, and ensuring disciplined integration of geological inputs into mine planning and production.

Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, or a related field required
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience with underground mine geology or exploration, preferred
- Experience with leading technical teams with strong interdepartmental communication skills preferred
- Excellent safety record with ability to demonstrate safety leadership required
- Collaborative leadership of a multidisciplinary team required
- Experience building orebody knowledge & estimation domains preferred
- Proficiency in Leapfrog, and acQuire software and familiarity of Deswik, Vulcan or Datamine software preferred
- Proven ability to communicate optimally; both verbally and in writing required
- Proven track record of managing multi-drill rig fleet to deliver resource conversion plans required
- Ability to work with minimum supervision r equired
- Strong organizational capability and succession pipeline for technical streams preferred
