Position Summary
We are looking for polished, dependable, customer-focused chauffeurs to join our growing team. This is more than a driving position—you will be the face of Burks Luxury Chauffeur Service and play an essential role in creating a seamless, first-class experience for every client.
The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to and from airports, FBOs, hotels, corporate offices, sporting events, weddings, and special events.
- Provide a luxury, white-glove customer experience from pickup through drop-off.
- Assist passengers with luggage and personal belongings.
- Arrive early to ensure vehicles are clean, inspected, fueled, and ready for service.
- Monitor dispatch communications and trip updates using company software.
- Use GPS and real-time traffic information to ensure efficient routing.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation inside and out.
- Follow all company safety standards and traffic laws.
- Communicate professionally with clients, dispatch, affiliates, and event coordinators.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and travel.
- Be flexible with scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight trips.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum age of 25 preferred for commercial insurance eligibility.
- Professional chauffeur, executive transportation, limousine, or black car experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review.
- Professional appearance with a polished, business attire presentation.
- Comfortable using smartphones, GPS navigation, and dispatch applications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
