We are a made-to-order liquid nitrogen ice cream shop, looking for team members who are passionate about ice cream and customer service. We are seeking reliable, energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Creamologists. As a Team Member (Creamologist), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Freeze and Prepare dessert items according to established recipes and food handling guidelines
- Prepare bases and other ingredients following the established recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the ice cream prep area, dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
-Wash bowls and dishes
- Keep track of the inventory
- Clean and organize the store on opening and closing shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United State
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment, waffle makers, ice cream freezing machines, navigating shelving both high and low.
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Works noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- Consistent and reliable
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Customer service oriented
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Have the ability to lift and carry 25 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
