Who We Are
The Foundry Learning Center is a growing 1:1 ABA-based educational program located in Manhattan, serving children with autism and related developmental needs through highly individualized and collaborative support. Our custom-designed 15,000 sq. ft. facility was intentionally built to create an engaging, supportive, and innovative environment for both students and clinicians.
We believe in providing high-quality, child-centered ABA services while creating a collaborative culture where all team members feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow professionally.
Our students present with a variety of learning, sensory, behavioral, and developmental needs, and our robust related services department includes full-time Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Therapists working collaboratively onsite every day.

What You’ll Do
- Provide occupational therapy services to students within a school-based setting
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to individualized treatment planning
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, self-regulation, and daily living skill development
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, teachers, speech therapists, physical therapists, and families
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reporting
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and ongoing collaboration to support student success
- Create engaging and individualized therapy interventions based on student needs
- Other tasks as assigned
What You Bring
- Active NYS Occupational Therapy License required
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
- Passion for individualized and child-centered care
