We are seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to lead perioperative operations within a high-volume acute care environment. This role provides strategic and operational oversight of surgical services and partners closely with executive leadership to ensure quality, safety, efficiency, and growth.
Scope of Responsibility
Oversight of Surgical Services (OR, specialty OR, procedural areas, support services)
Department? 20+ ORs (high-volume)
Direct Reports? 3
FTEs? 150+
BSN required (advanced degree preferred)
Current RN license (or eligible)
Director-level Surgical Services experience required
Strong Operating Room leadership background
Experience managing large teams in complex perioperative settings
