As a House Manager, you will oversee the operation of a household, utilizing core skills such as cleaning, customer service, and time management to maintain a well-organized and welcoming environment. REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years experience working directly with developmentally disabled individuals, ability to work with challenging behaviors and motivate others.
- Assist with client daily activities to include, meal planning, grocery shopping, medical appointments and community activities.
- Actively monitor and verify all client leisure logs for accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain client medications and assist with verification of documentation and reordering of meds.
- Train, monitor and develop direct support staff to ensure that each individual is receiving the necessary support to participate in the activities and achieve the goals established in their Support Plan, and that this support is documented appropriately.
- Monitor and maintain staff schedules to include filling any vacant shifts or call offs, to include weekend coverage. Flexibility is a must.
- Attend and maintain training requirements.
- Promote a positive working relationship and to enhance performance.
- Must have a current NAR/NAC/HCA
- Must have proof of COVID vaccination
- Have a Washington State Drivers License and auto insurance (as required by WA)
Qualified candidate will have the ability to work as a leader and a team. Must maintain deadlines, be able to problem solve, have a "can do" attitude and approach for getting tasks accomplished, able to work well with staff and motivate/assist developmentally disabled clients on a daily basis.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
