Part-Time Donation Truck DriverHope Harbor Home, Inc.
Hope Harbor Home is seeking a dependable and customer-friendly Part-Time Donation Truck Driver to help support our mission of serving survivors of domestic violence in Brunswick County. This position plays an important role in collecting donated items from community members and delivering them to our thrift store locations, where proceeds directly support our programs and shelter services.
Schedule:
- Approximately 3 days per week
- Preferred schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Primary Responsibilities:
- Pick up donated furniture and household items from donors throughout Brunswick County and surrounding areas.
- Safely load, transport, and unload donations.
- Deliver donations to our Hope Chest thrift store locations.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service while representing Hope Harbor Home in the community.
- Assist with organizing and moving donations as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safe operation of the donation truck.
Qualifications:
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely lift and move furniture and other heavy items with assistance when needed.
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to Hope Harbor Home’s mission.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
