Our company is locally owned and operated and focuses on serving as a trusted partner to restaurants and commercial kitchens across the state of Hawaii. The refrigeration technician will perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of commercial refrigeration equipment and electrical systems commonly installed in restaurants, supermarkets and single systems, parallel racks systems, display cases and walk-in boxes. The technician will perform prescribed, routine maintenance, leak detection procedures, and service calls resulting in 100% customer satisfaction.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
· Provide knowledgeable and courteous diagnostic repair service.
· Troubleshoot customer problems.
· Perform equipment installation for new kitchen/restaurant build-outs.
· Maintain high-quality customer service and care.
· Provide timely and quality repairs.
· Provide detailed notes and pictures in all dispatches assigned.
· Follow company policy on all check-in and checkout procedures with all customers.
· Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Education and Experience:
4-6 Years of Experience Preferred. The ideal candidate would be expected to have the following qualifications: 2 years in Refrigeration/Electrical, Trade School Certification, or equivalent experience, 4 years of experience in Refrigeration/Electrical/HVAC
