- Location: Hybrid (Remote & In-Person Options in New York, NY - can be located anywhere in New York State)
- Pay: Competitive fee-for-service rates ($45–$55 per session) 5-15 hours per week

✔ Experienced in evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address clients' mental health needs.
- Utilize ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation of client diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Offer telehealth services to accommodate clients' needs for remote therapy sessions.
- Engage in crisis management strategies to support clients in acute distress or emergency situations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and social workers to coordinate care for clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- Valid licensure as a therapist or counselor in New York.
- Proficiency in individual and group counseling techniques and crisis intervention methods.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote therapy delivery is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in therapy practice.
