Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and provide personalized service to enhance their experience
- Manage accurately using POS systems, ensuring proper processing of payments and tips
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with food service duties when needed, including serving dishes promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Uphold all food handling and safety regulations while delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced setting
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or server in a restaurant or hospitality environment; fine dining or banquet experience is highly desirable
- Demonstrated expertise in mixology, spirits, wine knowledge, beverage recipe development, and craft beer experience
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Previous experience with food industry background preferred
