We are a growing mental health practice entering an exciting new phase of
development. Our practice will be located within a collaborative, holistic, and integrative
wellness center designed to bring multiple helping professionals together under one
roof.

Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Mental Health Therapists to join our
practice as 1099 independent contractors.
Clinicians with diverse clinical backgrounds, treatment modalities, specialties, and areas
of interest are encouraged to apply.

We are especially interested in building a multidisciplinary team with a variety of clinical
specialties so that clients can be matched with providers who best meet their individual
needs.
Clinical Approaches & Specialties
We welcome clinicians practicing from a variety of evidence-informed and integrative
approaches. Experience or interest in areas such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-focused
treatment, play therapy, couples and family therapy, grief, anxiety, depression,
neurodivergence, perinatal mental health, substance use, and other specialties is
welcomed but not required.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy within the
clinician's scope of practice and areas of competency
Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes
Develop individualized treatment plans and periodically evaluate client progress
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and ethical standards
Follow applicable Arizona licensing board requirements and professional
standards
Maintain required professional liability insurance and credentials
Participate in coordination of care when clinically appropriate and authorized
Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and community partners
Participate in consultation, collaboration, and practice activities as appropriate
Contribute to a supportive and collaborative professional environment
Minimum Qualifications
Hold an active Arizona behavioral health license or be eligible for applicable
Arizona licensure prior to providing services
Possess a master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and
family therapy, or another applicable behavioral health discipline
Maintain professional liability insurance
Demonstrate strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Understand ethical, confidentiality, and professional requirements associated
with behavioral health practice
Be comfortable working independently while also collaborating with other
professionals
Associate-level clinicians must practice within all applicable supervision and licensing
requirements.
