- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH A CRM
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues that may impact timelines or deliverables
- Conduct regular meetings with project team members to provide updates and gather feedback
- Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and budget utilization
- Ensure adherence to project management methodology and best practices
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to resolve issues and conflicts
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in process mapping, contract management, program development, root cause analysis, requirements management, and scrum methodologies
- Experience using project management software such as Jira, Confluence, and Basecamp
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within established timelines
