Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, and reporting efforts. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial risk assessments to ensure organizational stability and growth.
- Lead the preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and ensure timely submission for audits.
- Utilize advanced financial software to analyze data, generate insights, and streamline reporting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cost-saving initiatives and improve financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to finance and accounting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial management or a similar leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with financial software systems; experience with multiple platforms is preferred.

- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus.
