Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Bartender with young energy to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in casual fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
- Engage with customers to provide a memorable experience, including recommending drinks and answering questions about the menu.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or catering events.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all local health regulations regarding food handling and safety.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
- Daily responsibilities include managing staff,
- Conducting training sessions.
- Creating and implementing sales strategies, maintaining inventory, and fostering a positive customer service culture.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Toast POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse clientele effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements; retail math knowledge is beneficial.
- Knowledge of brewing processes and food industry standards is advantageous.
