What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC machines to produce high-precision aerospace components
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operations
- Perform basic part inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Read and follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
- Learn how to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Work alongside experienced machinists and receive on-the-job training
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–2+ years of experience in manufacturing or machining (we’ll train you!)
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work in a team
- Willingness to work with your hands and be on your feet for extended periods
Preferred (but not required):
- Completion of a machining, manufacturing, or trade program
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and measuring instruments
- Understand G Code
- Understand GD&T

Available Shifts:
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (includes night differential)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (includes night differential)
Weekend Shift (Fri-Sun): 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Prorated 40 hrs. - you work 36 hrs. & get paid for 40hrs.)
