Mechanical Contractor seeking hard-working and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. Must have at least three years of experience and be capable of commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assemble, install, and repair HVAC units to code
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret drawings
- Organizational, supervisory, and decision making/problem solving skills
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Driver’s license
- Pass Pre-employment screening
- High School diploma or equivalent
- EPA Certification
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs. and frequently carry 40 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to lift tools, duct and fixtures overhead
- Ability to work at heights including climbing on ladders, scaffolding and stair cases
- Ability to stand for long periods of time as well as bend, crouch, kneel and work in small spaces
