Experienced Carpentry/Remodeling
Cutting Edge Renovation & Painting, LLC is looking for a dependable Field Technician to join our renovation and painting team.
This position is ideal for someone with 2+ years hands-on experience in remodeling, repairs, painting, carpentry, flooring, drywall, or general construction. The Field Technician will assist with a variety of residential and commercial renovation projects while maintaining quality workmanship, jobsite cleanliness, and professional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential and commercial renovation projects.
- Perform general repairs, painting, drywall, flooring, trim, carpentry, and other project tasks.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and properly.
- Follow instructions from leads, supervisors, and project managers.
- Prepare and protect work areas before starting work.
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Help load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and jobsite expectations.
Qualifications
- 2-years of previous construction, renovation, painting, or handyman experience required.
- Ability to work on a variety of project types.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift materials, stand, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and work indoors or outdoors for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Background checks and valid DL required
- Pay is based on experience and skill level
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
