We currently have an opportunity for a Machine Operator at our Winchester, VA pasta production facility, where we produce Ronzoni pasta. The Machine Operator is responsible for running high-speed automated packaging equipment and managing all aspects of the packaging line, from scale to warehouse . In this role, you will verify usage of correct packaging materials and date codes, monitor the function of case sealers , and ensure that our products are packaged according to quality and safety standards.
Continually check the quality of the product, packaging, and case printing , and report any issues or concerns to Supervisor
Partner with company leadership to proactively identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities in the areas of safety, food safety, quality, productivity, and sanitation

B alance, stand, walk, perform simple grasping, and work in high heat/humidity for 12+ hours per shift
