Job Overview
We are seeking a superstar that is dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask is a must! Bilingual abilities and experience in call centers or sales are highly valued to help us better serve our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing excellent phone etiquette
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product or service information in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM systems
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services
- Process orders for customers via telephone or email
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer support processes
- Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed and their needs are met
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey information both verbally and in writing
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (English required; additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent customer support and client service skills
- Strong data entry, typing, and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in call center environments or outbound calling preferred
- Sales experience or ability to upsell products/services effectively
- Good analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required
- Professional demeanor with good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Must have at least 5 years experience with customer service, e-commerce service experience a plus.
Hours of the job are Monday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm. No weekends required.
