Long term residential rehab facility is seeking a hands on, Full Time, Food Service Manager. The Food Service Manager runs the operation of the food service system for the residential program.
Duties include:
Overseeing, along with the preparation/cooking of all meals. Maintaining inventory control. Instructing kitchen crew in food preparation and inventory procedures.
Qualifications
Food Protection Manager Certification Certification a plus. At at least 3 years in food services. High School Diploma and valid New Jersey Driver's License
