About the Role
We're hiring a self-driven salesman to help grow our BHPH dealership in Jacksonville. This is a ground-floor opportunity with real growth potential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and sales closing (phone, email, text, social)
- Facebook Marketplace ad management and optimization
- Inventory coordination and vehicle movement
- Customer follow-up and contract management
- Collaboration with social media consultant on advertising strategy
What We're Looking For:
- Self-starter mentality and high energy
- Valid driver's license (you'll be moving cars)
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work both inside and outside
- Spanish bilingual (huge plus, not required)
- Finance/contract knowledge (plus, not required)
- Right out of high school or college? Great – we'll train you.
Position Details:
- Hours: Monday-Saturday, 9am-6pm + hours as needed
- Base Pay: $1,000/week
- Commission: Substantial (based on sales)
- Location: Jacksonville, FL
